Terms and Conditions for Rs. 100 voucher campaign on mshiFFt

• The offer is valid on Electricity bill/Credit Card payment transactions of minimum Rs. 500 made through mshiFFt.
• The offer shall remain valid from 11th May, 2026 till 31st May, 2026 (both days inclusive).
• Payments made through mshiFFt using any available payment mode shall be eligible under this offer.
• On successful completion of an eligible bill payment transaction during the offer period, eligible customers shall receive a Rs.100 voucher code via an SMS.
• Only one voucher shall be issued per customer during the campaign period.
• Voucher code SMS shall be sent within 7 (seven) working days from the date on which the customer becomes eligible under the offer.
• For redemption of the voucher, the customer shall be redirected to a Bank-authorised partner platform to select a voucher from the available catalogue of brands.
• The total number of voucher codes available under this campaign is limited to 200 and shall be issued on a first-come-first-served basis to eligible customers.
• Transactions found to be fraudulent, disputed, reversed, cancelled, or in violation of applicable laws or Bank policies shall not be eligible for the offer.
• Shivalik Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify, amend, alter, or discontinue the offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Shivalik Bank shall be final and binding.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Shivalik Small Finance Bank, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, in respect of any claim arising out of the reward shall not exceed the face value of the reward issued to the user.
• By participating in the offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Shivalik Small Finance Bank acts only as facilitator of the reward distribution. We are not the seller or service provider of the underlying goods/services and shall not be responsible for brand-side acceptance issues, stock unavailability, store-level disputes, or brand policy changes.

Voucher Code specific TnCs

• The redemption link is configured for one-time use only. Once a brand has been selected and a voucher has been generated, the link will no longer be active.
• Each brand has its own redemption steps (online checkout, in-store redemption, appbased redemption, etc.).
• Each brand defines its own validity period, store/website applicability, exclusions, blackout dates, and minimum bill values.
• Each brand may exclude certain categories (e.g., sale items, marketplace sellers, electronics, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, gift cards, premium SKUs).
• Some brands may require account registration, mobile verification, KYC, or in-store identification before allowing redemption.
• The user must read and follow the brand-specific Terms & Conditions before attempting redemption.
• If a transaction is debited at the platform level but no voucher code is displayed within a reasonable time, the user must report the issue to the Bank Customer Support with the transaction reference, screenshot (if any), date, and time of the attempt.
• Genuine technical failures, once verified, will be resolved either by re-enabling the link or by re-issuing the voucher, at the sole discretion of Shivalik Bank.
