Mr. Priyank Nag is a seasoned technology leader with over 27 years of experience across banking, payments, fintech and telecommunications, with expertise in technology transformation, governance, operational resilience and innovation.

Prior to joining Shivalik, he served as CIO, CTO and CPO at Paytm Payments Bank, and has held senior leadership roles across technology organizations including mCarbon Tech Innovation, Nuance Communications, Dialogic and HCL Technologies.

At Shivalik, Priyank leads the Bank’s technology and information functions, driving technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, governance and operational resilience to build secure, scalable and resilient technology capabilities.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from MNIT Jaipur and is a DSCI Certified Quantum Technology & Security Professional.
